Strawberry Crunch (Print Version)

01 - 1 pack (3 oz) of strawberry-flavored Jell-O
02 - 4 tbsp butter, melted
03 - 24 Golden Oreo cookies

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Break the Golden Oreos into crumbs without removing the filling. Use a food processor, or seal them in a bag and mash them with a rolling pin or something heavy.
02 - Put the cookie crumbs in a medium-sized bowl. Add the melted butter and Jell-O powder. Stir until it’s all mixed together evenly.
03 - Grease or line your baking tray and spread the mixture out on it. Bake for 8 minutes.
04 - Take it out of the oven and let it sit until it’s completely cooled down.

# Notes:

01 - Switch up the flavor by trying different types of Jell-O.
02 - If you’re avoiding gluten, swap out Golden Oreos for gluten-free cookies like vanilla Glutino.
03 - Store it in a sealed container at room temperature for over a week—it’ll last!
04 - Amazing as a topping for yogurt, ice cream, cakes, or even ice cream sandwiches.
