12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
13 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
14 - 2 cups beef broth
15 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

02 - Cook patties on each side until they’re golden, about 3-4 minutes. Take them out and set aside.
03 - Let the butter melt, then sauté onions for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden.
04 - Sprinkle flour over the onions, mix well, then slowly pour in broth and seasonings. Stir until it thickens.
05 - Put the browned patties back in the gravy and let them simmer on low with a lid for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked (160°F inside).

# Notes:

01 - Serve alongside rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
02 - Handle the meat gently so the patties stay soft and juicy.
