03 - 2cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled
04 - 3 sprigs of rosemary, fresh

→ To Serve

05 - Ice cubes

→ Main Ingredients

06 - 300ml plain water
07 - 300ml hot green tea (brewed following the package directions)
08 - 3 tablespoons honey

# Instructions:

01 - Take some water, throw in the ginger and rosemary. Bring it to a boil, then turn the heat off. Mix in the honey, letting it dissolve. Leave the mixture to cool completely with the herbs still in it. Once it’s cooled, cover and pop it into the fridge for at least 4 hours.
02 - Make 300ml of green tea by following the packet instructions. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until super cold.
03 - Squeeze the oranges and lemon for their juice. Pull out the rosemary and ginger from the chilled water. Combine the juice, herby water, and cold green tea in a big jar. Add more honey if you want it sweeter.
04 - Fill each glass with ice cubes, then pour the mixture right over. Drink it chilled and fresh.
