Warm up cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 10 seconds. Mix with sugar and mint extract until smooth, like frosting, which should take about a minute.

Slowly add the heavy cream, milk, and some food coloring if you'd like. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and everything blends together nicely.

Pour the mix into a CREAMi™ Pint container. Pop the lid on and freeze it for an entire day (24 hours).

Once frozen solid, take off the lid and set the pint in the outer container. Lock the Creamerizer™ Paddle onto the lid, secure it all onto the motor base, and choose the ICE CREAM option.

Dig a hole about 1½ inches wide in the middle of the ice cream. Dump the chocolate chips in the hole and run the MIX-IN setting.

Scoop it out of the pint and eat immediately. Add your favorite toppings if you'd like.
