Mint Chocolate Chip Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
02 - 1 cup of whole milk
03 - 1 tablespoon of softened cream cheese
04 - 3/4 cup of heavy cream

→ Flavorings

05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
06 - A drop of green food coloring (optional)
07 - 1 teaspoon of mint extract
08 - 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips for mixing in

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 10 seconds. Mix with sugar and mint extract until smooth, like frosting, which should take about a minute.
02 - Slowly add the heavy cream, milk, and some food coloring if you'd like. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and everything blends together nicely.
03 - Pour the mix into a CREAMi™ Pint container. Pop the lid on and freeze it for an entire day (24 hours).
04 - Once frozen solid, take off the lid and set the pint in the outer container. Lock the Creamerizer™ Paddle onto the lid, secure it all onto the motor base, and choose the ICE CREAM option.
05 - Dig a hole about 1½ inches wide in the middle of the ice cream. Dump the chocolate chips in the hole and run the MIX-IN setting.
06 - Scoop it out of the pint and eat immediately. Add your favorite toppings if you'd like.

02 - You need to freeze the mixture for a full day before processing.
