Combine the warm milk, honey, and yeast. Wait 5 minutes till frothy. Put in the eggs, salt, and 3 1/2 cups of flour. Use the dough hook to mix till smooth, tossing in extra flour if the dough feels sticky.

Cover and let the dough puff up in the bowl at room temperature for about an hour. Look for it to double in size.

In a mixing bowl, toss together the cheese blend, fresh herbs, and garlic till well mixed.

Roll the dough into a rectangle about 12x18 inches. Spread the cheesy filling evenly over it, roll into a log, then slice lengthwise. Twist the halves together and shape into a coil on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
