Fudge Sugar Cookie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs (6.25 oz each) of premade sugar cookie mix.
02 - 1/4 cup (57g) butter, unsalted.
03 - 5 cups (850g) of white chocolate chips.
04 - 2 cans (14 oz each) of sweetened condensed milk.
05 - 2 tbsp festive sprinkles for garnish.
06 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover an 8x8-inch tray with parchment lining.
02 - Over low-medium heat, warm up the sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan.
03 - Blend the sugar cookie mix in with the heated milk until smooth.
04 - Mix in the white chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla until all melts and smoothens.
05 - Transfer to pan, sprinkle over the top, and leave for 4 hours to set at room temperature, or chill it to speed up.
06 - Cut into bite-sized squares and serve at room temp.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
02 - Be sure to use sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated.
03 - Tastes best when served at room temp.
