Easy Creami Base (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of milk.
02 - 1/3 cup of granulated sugar.
03 - 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream.
04 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
05 - 1/2 ounce of softened cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up cream cheese with a spoonful of cream in the microwave. Let it soften.
02 - Pour the mix into a Ninja pint, stir in the sugar until it disappears. Slowly add the milk and leftover cream.
03 - Pop on a lid and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.
04 - Use the ice cream mode on your Ninja Creami to churn. If it looks crumbly, re-spin until smooth.
05 - Toss in extras of your choice and use the mix-in setting if needed.
06 - Scoop it up and dig in right away.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best if eaten within 48 hours.
02 - Thaw a little if it feels too firm.
03 - Mix-ins like chocolate chips or fruit work great.
