Warm up cream cheese with a spoonful of cream in the microwave. Let it soften.

Pour the mix into a Ninja pint, stir in the sugar until it disappears. Slowly add the milk and leftover cream.

Pop on a lid and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.

Use the ice cream mode on your Ninja Creami to churn. If it looks crumbly, re-spin until smooth.
