Find the natural line on each date. Cut them open lengthwise without slicing all the way through.

Line a plate with parchment paper that’s freezer friendly. Gently pull the dates open, creating a spot to add filling.

Fill each date's middle with nut butter until almost full. Add a few nuts inside and close them slightly. Freeze until set.

While your dates chill, melt the chocolate and stir until silky smooth. Let it cool a bit so it sticks well.

Take your chilled dates out of the freezer. Dip each filled date into the chocolate, using two spoons to get them fully coated.

Sprinkle sea salt on the chocolate-covered dates before it hardens. Put them back in the freezer to set completely.
