Cheeseburger Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 12 small sandwich buns

→ Flavoring

03 - 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder

→ Sauce and Extras

07 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
08 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
09 - 1⁄4 cup diced pickles (dill)
10 - 1 teaspoon mustard (yellow)
11 - 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
12 - 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F. Slice buns and place the bottoms on a baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Stir together ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
03 - Season the beef and press it into 12 patties, 2 inches wide. Cook them for around 4 minutes per side.
04 - Slather sauce on bun bottoms, add cheese, patties, and pickles. Finish with bun tops.
05 - Bake for about 10 minutes until buns are golden and cheese melts.
