Cheesy Meatloaf Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat combo

01 - 1/2 pound ground pork
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 1 pound ground beef
04 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 1/2 cup milk
06 - 1 small onion, minced

→ Flavorings

07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 2 teaspoons salt
09 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

→ Toppings

11 - 1/4 cup green onions, diced
12 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - 2 cups mashed potatoes
14 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease up a baking dish (9x13 inch).
02 - In a big mixing bowl, lightly stir together the beef, pork, milk, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Don’t mash it too much.
03 - Spread out the meat mix in an even layer across the greased baking dish.
04 - Smooth out the mashed potatoes on top of the meat layer. Sprinkle cheddar, bacon, and green onions over the potatoes.
05 - Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cheese is all melty and the meat is completely cooked through. Let it sit for 10 minutes after you take it out.
