Cheesy Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup of either mild or spicy banana peppers from a jar, chopped small
02 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onion tops
03 - 1 cup of shredded rotisserie chicken, cut into tiny bits
04 - 1/4 cup red onion, diced up
05 - 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
06 - 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese

→ Seasonings

07 - 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper and table salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon-style mustard or any zestier kind

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cottage cheese, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper into a food processor. Let it run until the mix becomes creamy.
02 - In a large bowl, toss the chicken, celery, red onion, banana peppers, and green onions with the creamy dressing. Taste it. Add more seasoning if needed. Enjoy right away or chill it in the fridge.
