Set your oven to 350°F. Lay a sheet of parchment over a baking tray, then scatter the crackers in one even layer.

Warm butter in a pot until melted. Stir in cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla, letting everything dissolve. Boil for a couple of minutes until it thickens slightly.

Evenly pour the caramel mixture over the crackers, making sure they're all coated. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top.

Pop the tray into the oven for about 7-9 minutes. Keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn’t burn.
