02 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
03 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup melted butter (two sticks)
05 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
06 - 9 ounces of oyster crackers (a single bag)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Lay a sheet of parchment over a baking tray, then scatter the crackers in one even layer.
02 - Warm butter in a pot until melted. Stir in cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla, letting everything dissolve. Boil for a couple of minutes until it thickens slightly.
03 - Evenly pour the caramel mixture over the crackers, making sure they're all coated. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top.
04 - Pop the tray into the oven for about 7-9 minutes. Keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn’t burn.
05 - Let the crackers cool down completely, then break them into small pieces. Keep them fresh in a sealed container.
