Golden Butter Onion Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups of white rice with long grains.
02 - A 14.5-ounce can of beef broth.
03 - 10.5 ounces of French onion soup.
04 - 8 tablespoons of butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 425°F and scatter the rice evenly in a square dish for baking.
02 - Drizzle the French onion soup and beef broth over the rice.
03 - Place pats of butter on top. If you like, sprinkle some black pepper.
04 - With foil on top, bake for 25 minutes.
05 - Take off the foil and bake another 25 minutes. Rest briefly before eating.

01 - You only need 4 ingredients.
02 - Optional: Add onion slices or a dash of pepper.
