Beef Cheese Taco Pockets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
02 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
03 - ½ cup salsa
04 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix
05 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Assembly

06 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
07 - 12 small (6-inch) tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef until browned, then get rid of excess grease. Mix in taco seasoning.
02 - Whisk cream cheese until creamy, then stir in salsa until blended.
03 - Spoon the cream cheese mix, beef, and shredded cheese into tortillas. Fold each into little pockets.
04 - Spread butter on top, then bake at 350°F for around 15 minutes or until golden brown.
