Blue Spirulina Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 2 heads of baby romaine lettuce, or 1 large head of regular romaine
02 - 6 to 8 celery stalks (optional to include the leaves)
03 - 3 green apples, like Granny Smith or another tart variety

→ Superfood Addition

04 - 1-2 teaspoons of blue spirulina powder (the color gets brighter with more)

# Instructions:

01 - Clean all the veggies and fruit. If your juicer has a smaller opening, chop them up first. Otherwise, leave them as is.
02 - Run the fruits and veggies through your juicer, strain if you like, and pour the juice into a big pitcher.
03 - Sprinkle in the blue spirulina and mix it in well with a whisk or frother.
04 - Serve with ice right away and sip happily.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to swap romaine for any lettuce you have on hand.
02 - Removing apple seeds is optional. The amount here is safe to consume.
03 - Celery leaves are fine to include but could darken the juice color.
04 - The more spirulina you use, the bolder the blue color gets.
