Stuffed Turkey Breast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Roughly 2.75 to 3 lbs of turkey breast.
02 - 4 oz softened cream cheese.
03 - 1/3 cup crispy bacon bits.
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped.
05 - 1/3 cup fresh spinach, diced.
06 - 1 teaspoon rosemary, minced.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 2 tbsp melted butter.
11 - 1 teaspoon thyme, diced small.
12 - 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F. Flatten the turkey to about a quarter-inch thick.
02 - Combine the cream cheese with bacon, garlic, spinach, herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
03 - Lay the filling onto the turkey, roll it up tightly, and keep it in place with toothpicks.
04 - Spread the spice rub evenly across the outside of your rolled turkey.
05 - Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, aiming for an internal temperature of 160°F. Broil for around 5 minutes to crisp up the top.
06 - Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes, coat in herb butter, then slice it up to enjoy.

01 - Cooking might take longer based on the size of the turkey.
02 - Feel free to swap fresh herbs for dried ones.
03 - Though best fresh, leftovers can be rewarmed carefully.
