Honey Garlic Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 1 pound of salmon, skin removed

→ Spice Mix

02 - ½ tsp kosher salt
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - ½ tsp paprika
05 - ¼ tsp onion powder
06 - ¼ tsp chili powder

→ Sauce

07 - 2 minced garlic cloves
08 - ¼ cup of honey
09 - 1 tsp sriracha
10 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
11 - 1 tbsp coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, stir together salt, paprika, onion powder, chili powder, and garlic powder.
02 - Stir honey, vinegar, minced garlic, and sriracha together in another bowl until smooth.
03 - Cut the salmon into 1-inch pieces. Toss them with the seasoning mixture until well coated.
04 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the coconut oil. Cook salmon pieces for about a minute in a single layer.
05 - Flip salmon pieces, then pour in the honey sauce. Move the pieces gently to coat them completely while cooking another 1-1.5 minutes.
06 - Take the skillet off the heat and let the salmon sit for 2-3 minutes before eating.

# Notes:

01 - You can combine smaller salmon pieces to make 1 pound total.
02 - Eat it right away while it's warm for the best flavor.
03 - A large cast iron skillet, like a 12-inch one, works best.
