Strawberry Cream Cheese Hearts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 or 2 gluten-free, vegan puff pastry sheets
02 - 4 tbsp plant-based milk
03 - Granulated sugar for topping

→ Stuffing

04 - 130 grams of non-dairy cream cheese
05 - 15 grams of regular or gluten-free flour
06 - 15 grams of white sugar
07 - Fresh sliced strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 180°C with fan on and cover 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the pastry, smooth it out, and cut out large hearts with smaller hearts indented inside.
03 - Whip together the cream cheese, sugar, and flour until it’s thick and smooth. Put it in a piping bag.
04 - Fill the pastry hearts with the cream mixture, add strawberry slices, brush the edges with the plant milk, and sprinkle sugar on top.
05 - Bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp and golden. Let cool a bit before dusting with powdered sugar.
