Set the oven to 180°C with fan on and cover 2 baking trays with parchment paper.

Roll out the pastry, smooth it out, and cut out large hearts with smaller hearts indented inside.

Whip together the cream cheese, sugar, and flour until it’s thick and smooth. Put it in a piping bag.

Fill the pastry hearts with the cream mixture, add strawberry slices, brush the edges with the plant milk, and sprinkle sugar on top.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp and golden. Let cool a bit before dusting with powdered sugar.
