Pat the wings super dry using paper towels to make sure there’s no water left behind (dry skin is key for crispy results). Drop them into a big bowl, then coat evenly with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Got two great ways to cook here! Fried? Fill a pot with oil, heat to 375°F, and fry them batch by batch for about 8-10 minutes until golden and crunchy. Baked? Put the wings on a wire rack set on a foil-lined baking sheet, cook at 400°F for 40-45 minutes, and turn halfway through. Either way, you’ll get that amazing crispy texture!

While the wings cook, mix honey, brown sugar, hot sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and cayenne (if heat is your thing) in a little pot. Warm it on medium heat, stirring here and there, and let it bubble and thicken for around 3-5 minutes.

Take your crispy wings and toss them with the sticky sauce until they're covered nicely. Sprinkle on green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro if you like, then serve hot.
