10 Minute Spicy Ramen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Noodles

01 - 1 pack (3 oz) of dried instant ramen noodles, toss the flavor packet

→ Sauce & Aromatics

02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - ½ teaspoon brown sugar, tweak sweetness if needed
04 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
05 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
06 - 1 teaspoon crushed chili flakes
07 - 1 tablespoon sliced green onions for topping
08 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped base of a green onion

# Instructions:

01 - Heat water in a pot until boiling. Boil ramen until just tender and throw away the seasoning packet
02 - Scoop out ¼ cup of the water you boiled the noodles in, then drain the rest
03 - In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce with the brown sugar, then leave it aside
04 - Warm the sesame oil in a pan. Toss in the onion and garlic, cook for about a minute, sprinkle in chili flakes after
05 - Pour the sauce and reserved noodle water into the pan. Mix in the noodles, stir gently, and top with green onions before eating
