Bang Bang Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 2 pounds of salmon fillet
02 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 2 tablespoons of mayo
06 - A sprinkle of garlic salt and pepper
07 - 2 teaspoons of garlic paste

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - ½ cup of sweet Thai chili sauce
09 - ¾ cup of mayo
10 - 1 teaspoon of honey
11 - 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
12 - 1 clove of garlic, minced or grated
13 - 1 tablespoon of Sriracha

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 450°F to preheat.
02 - Slice the salmon into small chunks (around 1-1.5 inches) after drying it and peeling off the skin.
03 - Combine garlic paste, mayo, and seasonings in a bowl. Toss the salmon chunks gently, then sprinkle them with garlic salt and pepper.
04 - Set the salmon pieces about 1-2 inches apart on the baking sheet in one layer.
05 - Bake for 10 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes to get the tops golden.
06 - Mix all the bang bang sauce ingredients in a bowl while the salmon's in the oven.
07 - Pour the sauce over the cooked salmon and it's ready to enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Shorten the cooking time if you prefer your salmon rare.
02 - Switch to light mayo or Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
03 - Spice things up a notch by using Cajun flavors.
04 - Want more heat? Add extra Sriracha or some red chili flakes.
