Biscuits Sausage Gravy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 cups of milk.
02 - 6 pre-made or homemade biscuits.
03 - 1/2 cup of plain flour.
04 - 1 pound of sausage, raw.
05 - A pinch of salt and black pepper.
06 - Red pepper flakes (optional).
07 - Cayenne powder, if you like (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - In a big skillet, cook the sausage on medium heat until it browns and there's no pink left. Drain off the extra grease with a paper towel.
02 - Put the sausage back in the skillet, sprinkle in the flour, and mix so it's fully coated.
03 - Pour the milk in little by little as you keep stirring over medium heat. It should thicken up to your liking.
04 - Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and any cayenne or red pepper flakes you'd enjoy for taste.

# Notes:

01 - Any kind of biscuits will work here.
02 - Use full-fat milk to make the gravy richer.
03 - Sausage drippings add extra flavor—don't toss them!
