# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - ½ cup chicken broth (use the low-sodium kind)
03 - 4 skinless chicken breasts, no bones

→ Seasonings

04 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
06 - ½ teaspoon dried thyme
07 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon salt (kosher works best)
09 - ½ teaspoon paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Add the broth to the slow cooker—it'll help keep the chicken juicy while cooking.
02 - Mix together the salt, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a small bowl. It'll be your seasoning mix.
03 - Spread olive oil on the chicken breasts. Then rub the seasonings all over each piece so they're well coated.
04 - Place the chicken into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until it's tender and done.

# Notes:

02 - Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 5 days.
03 - Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw before reheating.
04 - Tweak the spices however you'd like!
