Creamy Ranch Boat Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 16 oz sour cream
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, brought to room temperature
03 - 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

→ Mix-ins

04 - 10 oz can rotel, drained
05 - 15 oz can roasted and drained corn
06 - 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 4 oz can chopped green chiles, drained

# Instructions:

01 - Using a hand mixer or whisk, blend the cream cheese until it’s got no lumps and looks silky.
02 - Add sour cream, ranch mix, chiles, cheese, rotel, and corn. Mix it all up until it’s evenly blended.
03 - Seal it up and stick it in the fridge for a couple of hours until it sets.
