Cheesy Ranch Potatoes (Print Version)

01 - 3/4 cup thick whipping cream
02 - 1 packet ranch dressing mix
03 - 1 can cheese-flavored soup (cheddar or similar)
04 - 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into slices
05 - 1 flavorful cup of shredded cheese (any type you like, cheddar works great)
06 - 1 onion, chopped up finely
07 - 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
08 - 1 regular pack of frozen hash browns (shredded variety)
09 - 1/2 cup sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the pan and toss in the sausage slices, pepper strips, and diced onion. Let it all cook until the veggies soften and sausage starts to brown.
02 - Take the cooked sausage and veggie mix and dump it into your slow cooker. Stir in the frozen hash browns, cream, cheese soup, sour cream, ranch mix, and shredded cheese until it’s all well blended.
03 - Set your slow cooker to low for about 4 hours, or turn it to high for 2 hours instead. Give it an occasional stir if you'd like.
04 - When it’s ready, scoop out portions while it’s still warm and enjoy this hearty cheesy dish with sausage.
