Follow the dough's instructions for preheating your oven.

Slice the dough into 2-inch strips, then press them wider until they're about 3 inches across to cook evenly.

Smear sauce on just one side of each strip. Add cheese, layer with some pepperoni slightly overlapping, and sprinkle extra cheese on top.

Fold the plain side of the strip over the layered toppings, then roll it up tightly to shape a rose.

Set the rolled-up roses onto a parchment-covered baking sheet. Let the pepperoni edges fan out a little for flair if you'd like.

Bake these on the oven's bottom rack for 12-15 minutes until they look golden. If the pepperoni looks like it's browning too much, cover them loosely with foil.
