Vanilla Heart Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/3 cup butter, melted
02 - 1 tablespoon vanilla
03 - 1 cup sugar
04 - 3 whole eggs
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 1/4 cups milk
08 - 1 tablespoon baking powder

→ Icing

09 - 1/4 cup milk
10 - 2 cups powdered sugar
11 - 1 tablespoon vanilla

→ Decorating

12 - Assorted sprinkles
13 - Food coloring in red or pink

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and lightly grease the donut trays.
02 - Stir all dry ingredients together in one bowl, then whisk wet ones in another. Combine them all until smooth.
03 - Fill your donut molds with batter using a bag. Let it bake for about 10 minutes, just until set.
04 - Blend the icing ingredients completely. Dip donuts after they cool. Add small amounts of coloring to change the shade, then sprinkle while wet.

01 - They cook fast, so keep an eye on them.
02 - Start icing lighter batches before changing to darker colors.
