Peanut Butter Cookie Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
06 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
08 - 2 tablespoons milk
09 - 1 large egg
10 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

→ Topping

11 - 24 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Get a mini muffin pan ready.
02 - Blend peanut butter, butter, and sugars until smooth. Stir in milk, vanilla, and the egg. Combine with dry stuff.
03 - Scoop dough into muffin tins. Bake about 10-12 minutes, just until edges brown.
04 - Push peanut butter cups in while cookies are warm. Let them sit in the pan for 10 minutes.
