Cranberry with Orange Glaze (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
02 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
03 - 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed.
04 - Zest from one large orange.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
06 - 3/4 cup plain sugar.
07 - 6 tablespoons butter, softened.
08 - 1/2 tablespoon flour for coating.
09 - Two eggs, bring to room temperature.
10 - 1/4 cup milk, leave out to warm up.
11 - 1 1/2 cups fresh whole cranberries.
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
13 - 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh orange juice.
14 - 1 teaspoon zest from an orange.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Butter and dust your pan with flour. Stir together the dry mix. Blend milk, juice, and orange zest.
02 - Beat butter and sugar until smooth. Work in eggs one at a time. Alternate between folded flour and milk blends.
03 - Lightly coat cranberries with flour, then gently add them into the batter. Spread the mix evenly in your loaf pan.
04 - Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden and fully cooked. Let it sit in the pan for 10-15 minutes before taking it out.
05 - Blend powdered sugar, juice, and zest until smooth. Pour it over your bread after it cools off.
