Mango Ginger Ale Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Ginger ale (24 oz)
02 - 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks (about 470g)

→ Flavor Enhancers

03 - 1 lime (yields around 3 tbsp juice)
04 - Green chili (use 1, extra for topping if you'd like)
05 - Optional: 1 tbsp sugar for sweetness

→ Garnish & Finishing

06 - A handful of fresh mint
07 - Grated fresh ginger
08 - 2 tsp chile lime seasoning (optional)
09 - Enough ice cubes to chill

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the mango chunks, chili, lime juice, ginger ale, optional sugar, and some ice into a blender, and blend it till smooth.
02 - Slide a lime wedge along the rim of your glass and press it into chile lime seasoning.
03 - Fill your prepped glass with the blended drink, tossing in extra ice cubes if needed.
04 - Add fresh-grated ginger on top with a sprig of mint, and enjoy immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Play with the spiciness by using more or less chili.
02 - If your mangoes aren't quite sweet, throw in some sugar.
03 - Feel free to tweak ingredient amounts to your preference.
04 - You'll want to serve this right away for peak freshness.
