Mango Fruity Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Spice Blend

01 - 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
02 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
04 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

→ Core Ingredients

08 - 10 oz piece of salmon
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil
10 - 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
11 - 2 cups pre-shredded coleslaw mix
12 - 4 smaller-sized tortillas
13 - 1/2 cup feta crumbles

→ Zesty Sauce

14 - 1 tablespoon tangy hot sauce
15 - 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
16 - 1/4 cup mayo
17 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the spices in a small bowl. Dust the salmon with the mixture (only the flesh side, or both if there's no skin). Pour a bit of olive oil over it and let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes.
02 - Heat a bit of oil in a wide pan at medium. Place the salmon flesh-side down for around 3 minutes. Flip it over and cook another 2-3 minutes until the texture is how you like it.
03 - Set the salmon aside for 4-5 minutes to cool slightly. Then break it apart into smaller chunks.
04 - Stir together the mayo, hot sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and adjust as needed.
05 - Heat up the tortillas a little. Layer on the flaky salmon, coleslaw mix, diced tomatoes, feta, and finish with a splash of the spicy mayo.

# Notes:

01 - Tortillas typically range between 4.5 and 6.5 inches wide for this size.
02 - You can swap coleslaw mix for shredded cabbage or any leafy greens you enjoy.
03 - Interested in extras? Add jalapeños, pickled onions, avocado, green onions, or cilantro!
