The Best Lobster Tail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails, fresh.
02 - Ground pepper and a pinch of salt.
03 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
04 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
06 - 1 teaspoon finely chopped thyme.
07 - 1 teaspoon of minced rosemary.
08 - 1 teaspoon parsley, finely diced.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to broil (500°F).
02 - Snip down the middle of each tail with scissors, lift the meat gently, and season it well with pepper and salt.
03 - Combine the melted butter with garlic, parsley, paprika, rosemary, and thyme in a bowl.
04 - Brush an even layer of the butter mixture on top of each tail.
05 - Place under the broiler for 8-10 minutes until the meat looks white and slightly golden.

01 - Tastes best when eaten right away.
02 - Goes well with more melted butter on the side.
