In a food processor, break the frozen mango into smaller bits.

Add lime juice, salt, and syrup. Make sure to scrape the sides when needed.

Blend for at least a minute. Scrape the bowl as you go to get it smooth and thick.

Serve and eat right away or store in a sealed container in the freezer. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before scooping if frozen.
