Mango Lime Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 cups frozen mango pieces
02 - 1/4 cup maple syrup or any liquid sweetener

→ Extras

03 - 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
04 - A pinch of kosher salt
05 - Fresh mint leaves to decorate

# Instructions:

01 - In a food processor, break the frozen mango into smaller bits.
02 - Add lime juice, salt, and syrup. Make sure to scrape the sides when needed.
03 - Blend for at least a minute. Scrape the bowl as you go to get it smooth and thick.
04 - Serve and eat right away or store in a sealed container in the freezer. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before scooping if frozen.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps in the freezer for about 2 weeks.
02 - Softens up in a few minutes if frozen.
03 - Switch up the sweetener to match your taste.
