# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound of ground beef
02 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
05 - 1/4 cup diced onions
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
09 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped up
10 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
11 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Spicy Cream Dip

13 - 1/4 cup mayo
14 - 1 tablespoon hot sriracha sauce
15 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
16 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
17 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Mix all the 'Meatballs' ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until evenly combined.
02 - Shape the mixture into small, ball-sized portions using your hands.
03 - Heat a big pan over medium heat with a splash of olive oil and cook the meatballs until they're brown on all sides.
04 - Stir all 'Spicy Cream Dip' ingredients in a smaller bowl until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
05 - Serve the warm meatballs alongside the sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap ground beef with pork, chicken, or turkey if you prefer.
02 - Want it milder? Use less sriracha or skip it.
03 - This pairs well with noodles or steamed white rice for a full plate.
