Joe Bread Garlic Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf of ciabatta.
02 - 2 tbsp of softened unsalted butter.
03 - 1 tsp of garlic powder.
04 - Pinch of salt and a sprinkle of pepper.
05 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (sharp).
06 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 2 tsp of olive oil.
08 - 1 pound of ground beef.
09 - 1/2 cup of diced yellow onion.
10 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
11 - 1 1/2 cups of ketchup.
12 - 1/4 cup of water.
13 - 2 tbsp of brown sugar.
14 - 1 tsp of yellow mustard.
15 - 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 350°F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment. Split the loaf and slather it with the garlic butter you made.
02 - Cook up the beef and onions in olive oil till browned. Get rid of any grease, then stir in garlic and cook half a minute.
03 - Mix in ketchup, water, sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire. Let it cook gently for 20-30 minutes.
04 - Spread the meat and sauce over the ciabatta halves. Toss some mozzarella and cheddar on top.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 10 minutes till the cheese melts and edges are golden brown.

01 - You can swap out the ground beef for other meat.
02 - The meat mixture can be prepped earlier.
