Turn your oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Lay one crescent sheet in the dish, letting it go an inch up the sides.

Start with half the provolone, then add the salami, ham, pepperoni, roasted peppers, pepperoncini, and finish with the rest of the provolone.

Place the second crescent sheet on top and pinch the edges to close it up.

Stir together the egg, pesto, and parmesan in a small bowl, then brush that mix all over the top.

Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray, bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes until nice and golden.

Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
