01 -
Turn your oven on and let it heat up to 375°F (190°C).
02 -
Grab your loaf of sourdough and carefully cut out the center. Leave some thickness on the sides so it can hold the filling. Keep those bread chunks – they'll be great for dipping!
03 -
Mix the mayo, cream cheese, mozzarella, minced garlic, green onions, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and Old Bay seasoning in a big bowl. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
04 -
Gently fold the chopped shrimp and crab into your creamy base. Be careful not to break the pieces too much – you want them to stay chunky and visible.
05 -
Pour your seafood mix right into the bread bowl. Spread it out evenly, then place the loaf onto a baking sheet. Bake it for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top looks golden and the filling is bubbling.
06 -
Take it out of the oven, toss a handful of chopped green onions on top, and dig in while it’s warm. Use those bread chunks for scooping up the cheesy dip!
