Soft Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1/4 cup white sugar
02 - 4 cups plain flour
03 - 1 teaspoon table salt
04 - 2 teaspoons dry yeast
05 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
07 - 2 large eggs, beaten
08 - 1 cup milk, warmed (around 110°F)

→ Topping

09 - 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing
10 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
11 - 1/4 cup sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, stir together the sugar, yeast, and warm milk. Leave it for 5-10 mins to get bubbly. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, and melted butter. Gradually mix in the flour until you get soft dough.
02 - On a flour-dusted counter, knead dough for about 8-10 minutes till stretchy and smooth. Put it in an oiled bowl, cover up, and let it double in size (1-2 hours).
03 - Roll dough into a thin rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Spread with butter, sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar. Roll it up tight, then cut into 12 even slices.
04 - Arrange rolls in a greased dish, leaving space between each. Cover them up and rise for another 30-45 mins. Pop in the oven at 350°F and cook 20-25 mins till golden. Brush butter as soon as they come out.

# Notes:
