Chocolate Spritz Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of softened butter
02 - 2/3 cup of regular sugar
03 - 1 egg
04 - 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2 1/4 cups plain flour
06 - 1/3 cup cocoa powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon table salt
08 - 10 ounces of light or dark candy melts
09 - 3/4 cup of festive sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and get baking sheets ready with parchment.
02 - Whip butter and sugar until creamy, then mix in everything else: egg, vanilla, flour, cocoa, and salt.
03 - Use the cookie press to shape dough straight onto the prepared sheets.
04 - Bake for 5-7 minutes until they firm up. Let them sit on the sheet for 5 minutes before cooling on a rack.
05 - Once cookies are cool, dip them in melted candy and sprinkle on toppings. Let them harden completely.
