Boil water and steep 2–3 hibiscus tea bags (or loose leaves) for about 5–10 minutes. Put it in the fridge to cool down.

In a blender, toss in the pineapple, chilled hibiscus tea, lime juice, and coconut water. Add some ice to make it cold and frothy. Blend it on high until it's smooth all the way through.

Taste it and see if it needs extra lime or pineapple to balance the sweet and tangy flavors.

Fill your glasses with the smoothie and add a few mint or sage leaves on top before sipping away.
