Let the meat sit out for 1-2 hours to warm up. Stir together the butter, chopped herbs, and garlic.

Set oven to 425°F to preheat. Dry the meat thoroughly, then sprinkle it with salt and pepper.

In hot avocado oil, sear all sides of the meat until browned all over — about 10 minutes.

Generously coat the top of the tenderloin with the butter and herb mix.

Pop it into the oven and cook for about 15–20 minutes, depending on how done you want it.
