Hashbrown Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound pork or turkey sausage, loose
02 - 6 large eggs
03 - 16 ounces of thawed frozen hashbrowns
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar
06 - 1/2 cup milk or cream
07 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and give a 7x11 or 9x9 dish a light grease.
02 - Cook sausage in a skillet on medium-high heat, crumble into bits, and drain the grease.
03 - Combine eggs, cream, pepper, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
04 - Add layers of hashbrowns, sausage, and cheese to the dish. Pour the egg blend evenly on top.
05 - Bake for 40–45 minutes until the eggs firm up and the top looks golden. Let it cool 5–10 minutes before serving.

01 - You can prep this the night before and chill it.
02 - Switch up the cheese or meat for variety.
03 - Double the ingredients if you're feeding a crowd.
