Hamburger Vegetable Stew (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

β†’ Meat & Aromatics

01 - 1 chopped onion
02 - 2 minced garlic cloves
03 - 1 lb ground beef

β†’ Vegetables

04 - 1 cup diced potatoes
05 - 1 cup chopped green beans
06 - 1 cup sliced carrots
07 - 1 cup corn kernels

β†’ Seasonings & Sauce

08 - 10.5 oz mushroom soup (cream-style)
09 - 1 tsp thyme (dried)
10 - 1 tsp salt
11 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
12 - 1 tsp parsley (dried)
13 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - In a big skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off grease.
02 - Toss in the onions and garlic with the beef. Cook till they soften up.
03 - Move everything to your slow cooker. Dump in all the veggies, soup, and spices.
04 - Let it cook covered on LOW for 6-8 hours till the veggies are soft.
05 - Mix in the cheese about 30 minutes before it’s done. Let it sit for 10 minutes before digging in!

01 - You can prep the veggies ahead of time.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days.
03 - This can stay good in the freezer for up to 3 months.
