Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
02 - 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
03 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

β†’ Fresh Components

04 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
05 - 1 avocado, sliced into wedges
06 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
07 - 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

β†’ Base & Seasonings

08 - Olive oil for cooking
09 - Salt and pepper as needed
10 - 4 large tortillas (flour)

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the chicken, chipotle sauce, ranch, a pinch of salt, and some pepper in a bowl until it’s all mixed up.
02 - Spread a tortilla out flat. Place 1/4 of the chicken mix in the center, pile on the avocado slices, shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
03 - Tuck in the edges of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat for the rest.
04 - Warm up a skillet over moderate heat with olive oil. Cook burritos with the seam side down, flipping after 3-4 minutes once crisp and the cheese is gooey.
05 - Let them cool briefly, cut in half, and eat while warm! Add some extra sauce on the side if you'd like.
