Stir together the chicken, chipotle sauce, ranch, a pinch of salt, and some pepper in a bowl until itβs all mixed up.

Spread a tortilla out flat. Place 1/4 of the chicken mix in the center, pile on the avocado slices, shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.

Tuck in the edges of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat for the rest.

Warm up a skillet over moderate heat with olive oil. Cook burritos with the seam side down, flipping after 3-4 minutes once crisp and the cheese is gooey.

Let them cool briefly, cut in half, and eat while warm! Add some extra sauce on the side if you'd like.
