Brown the sausage, pour off the grease. Mix in flour, then slowly stir milk in until it gets thick.

Set oven to 400°F. Oil the pizza crust, then spread a layer of the gravy over it.

Whisk eggs with milk, then scramble lightly until they’re just about done.

Add eggs on top of the gravy, sprinkle the cheese evenly over it.

Bake until the crust is crisp and cheeses bubbles, about 10–15 minutes.
