Gravy Biscuit Pizza Breakfast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Gravy

01 - 2 cups milk
02 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 16 oz sausage (breakfast type)
04 - Black pepper to your liking

→ Pizza Base

05 - 1 tablespoon optional olive oil
06 - 1 already-cooked 12-inch pizza crust

→ Toppings

07 - 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
08 - 1/4 cup milk
09 - 6 eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the sausage, pour off the grease. Mix in flour, then slowly stir milk in until it gets thick.
02 - Set oven to 400°F. Oil the pizza crust, then spread a layer of the gravy over it.
03 - Whisk eggs with milk, then scramble lightly until they’re just about done.
04 - Add eggs on top of the gravy, sprinkle the cheese evenly over it.
05 - Bake until the crust is crisp and cheeses bubbles, about 10–15 minutes.
