Garlic Shrimp Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 1 pound of large shrimp, cleaned, peeled, and dried for better crispiness

→ Seasonings & Aromatics

02 - A couple of tablespoons of olive oil to give it that golden shine
03 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder for that umami kick
05 - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika to bring out a mild smoky flavor
06 - A teaspoon of garlic powder to add more depth
07 - Pinches of salt and pepper to fit your taste

→ For Serving

08 - Slices of fresh lemon for a tangy finish
09 - Chopped parsley leaves to brighten the dish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat that air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Give it about 5 minutes to warm all the way up so your shrimp cooks just right.
02 - Grab a big bowl. Combine olive oil with your minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, a pinch of salt, and some pepper. Toss in the shrimp and give it all a good mix until the shrimp is evenly coated.
03 - Spread the shrimp out in your air fryer basket in one flat layer—don’t let them pile up! Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket gently halfway through so they cook evenly.
04 - Move your shrimp to a plate, drizzle with a squeeze of lemon, and sprinkle on some parsley to finish. Enjoy right away while they’re hot and juicy!

# Notes:

01 - The air fryer method makes shrimp crispy outside while staying tender inside.
02 - For even cooking, make sure all shrimp are about the same size.
