Garlic Parmesan Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian herbs.
05 - 2 packages (8.8 oz each) cheese-filled Ritz bits.
06 - 3/4 cup melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Stir together melted butter, garlic, onion, and Italian spices.
03 - Drizzle the buttery mix over the crackers in a bowl, stirring to coat evenly.
04 - Toss in the shredded parmesan and mix again until it sticks well.
05 - Layer crackers on the lined tray and cook for 7–9 minutes until crispy and golden.
06 - Leave them to cool fully before storing in an airtight jar or box.

01 - Store only after they’re totally cool.
02 - They’ll stay fresh in a sealed container for two weeks.
