# Ingredients:

→ Key Ingredients

01 - 1/4 cup fig jelly

03 - 1 teaspoon freshly chopped thyme
04 - 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon of honey

→ Serving Suggestions

06 - Use crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit—it's up to you!

# Instructions:

01 - Start by setting your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready.
02 - Take the brie out of its packaging. Got a wooden box? Put the unwrapped cheese back inside—it works as a cute dish! No box? Grab a small oven-safe dish instead.
03 - Lightly score the top of the brie by making shallow crisscross cuts with a sharp knife. This lets the jam seep in while it bakes.
04 - Spread the fig jelly across the scored top of the brie. If you're adding honey, herbs, or nuts, sprinkle them over now.
05 - Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Tap the cheese lightly—it's done when it feels soft and gooey inside.
06 - Give the brie a quick 5-minute rest (molten cheese can be tricky!), then serve with fruit, bread, or crackers of your choice.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best while warm and gooey in texture.
02 - You can assemble in advance and bake right when needed.
