Whipped Feta Cranberry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 clove of garlic.
02 - 1/2 cup of cranberry jam or sauce.
03 - 1 teaspoon thyme, fresh.
04 - Salt and pepper, as much as you like.
05 - 1/4 cup of cream cheese.
06 - A pinch of pistachios, about 3 tablespoons, chopped.
07 - 3/4 cup crumbled feta.
08 - 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin.
09 - A splash of milk or cream (up to 2 tablespoons, if needed).

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the feta, olive oil, cream cheese, garlic, and some salt and pepper into a food processor. Blend it until it's super smooth, adding a tad of milk or cream if it feels too thick.
02 - Spoon out that whipped feta onto a plate or bowl, spreading it nicely for serving.
03 - Add a layer of cranberry jam, sprinkle some chopped pistachios, and finish with a hint of fresh thyme. For a last touch, drizzle a little more olive oil over it all.

# Notes:

01 - Store-bought or homemade cranberry sauce works fine.
02 - Add milk little by little to avoid making it runny.
03 - You can make ahead and just add toppings when serving.
