08 - A teaspoon of tasty Greek spice mix
09 - Chopped fresh basil or dill—pick whichever feels right

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl that’s medium in size, start with adding the cottage cheese, bell pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and onions if you’re using them.
02 - Gently fold the ingredients together. Make sure it’s combined, but leave a bit of texture.
03 - Drizzle the olive oil over the mix, sprinkling your Greek spices as you go. Adjust seasoning to your liking.
